Striped Bass

Strpedbass  A business colleague pointed me to a very cool restaurant here in Philadelphia where I had dinner last night.  The name of the place is Striped Bass.  The atmosphere of the venue was spectacular.  It was a  former brokerage house with 28-foot ceilings.  The full exhibition kitchen is visible throughout the restaurant.  The food is mainly seafood (if you had not figured that out already by the name of the establishment) and is served in either prefix or tasting menu style with appropriate wine parings.  I had the Canadian Lobster.  It was excellent!
