Labor Day Weekend

Oct_nh_weekend_05_008 I cant tell you how happy that I am that Fall has finally arrived (this is absolutely my favorite season of the year).  This past weekend, I ended up traveling North to stay at my buddies condo (thanks a ton Jason Russo!) in  Campton, located between the Lakes Region and Mt. Washington in New Hampshire.  It rained all weekend, which put a damper on my plans to do some hiking.  However, I did enjoy staying in, reading, watching movies, and hanging with Steph.

Sunday, on our way back to Boston, we decided to explore and take some routes we have never driven before.  This led us straight to Meredith, NH, which sits on the foot of Lake Winnipesaukee.  What a cute little town.  We parked the car and strolled around for at least an hour.  We were particularly impressed with the 4 charming Inns that lined the lake (Church Landing, Chase House, Mill Falls, and Bay Point).  Before we left Meredith, we stopped by a book store where I found (and bought) two very nice coffee table books (Haven and Cottage).  I have updated my Reading side bar with details about both books.

All photos for this weekend may be found in my October 2005 Album.  This will be the place that I store all Fall related photos this year.
