Today’s Workout

  • Upper Body Workout (Chest, Shoulders, Arms).  Free weights.
    • During my Lat Press set, I pinched a nerve in my back.  Ugh!  I was able to finish my workout, regardless of the mild discomfort I felt.  Need to work up to stones to go to a Chiropractor.
  • 90 Crunches (Sans Ab Machine) .
