Just when I was beginning to think that trance was dead, I pick up The Politics of Dancing, Vol. 2 from Paul van Dyk. Unlike many of the compilation I buy in this category, I am able to enjoy every track on both CD’s. PVD does a great job balancing between ambient beats, vocals, and hardcore dance tracks. I particularly enjoy Track 13 on Disc 1: Forbidden Love – Marc Van Linden. To listen to a sample of the music from this great CD set CLICK HERE.
