Merry X-Mas

Robot_santa Merry Christmas!!!!  Although, its been difficult feeling the X-mas spirit this year.  Totally my bad as I did not make an effort to put up a tree or any decorations.  Actually, that’s not entirely true.  Steph did put up Howie’s stocking and I have a door hanger on my bathroom upstairs that reads:

"Be Naughty-Save Santa the Trip"

This morning, I have been cranking holiday tunes from Frank Sinatra, Michael Bublé, and Diana Krall.  I also have my faux fireplace DVD playing (some genius decided to film a fire burning, loop it, and sell it on DVD for us urban folks without fireplaces).  Gotta love fire burning in high-def, 61 inches tall, with Dolby 7.1 Surround Sound burning and crackling.  HA!

I thought it would be nice to give a shout out to everyone who was kind enough to get me a Christmas gift this year:

  • To Steph:  Thanks for the Ben Sherman shirt, 7 Jeans, corduroy jacket, chocolate brown and blue Crate and Barrel bathroom gear, and the board games.
  • To Ian and Daisy: Thanks in advance for that Xbox 360….it will be great to get a gift sometime in March when Microsoft pulls it head out of its ass and appropriately supplies the marketplace with their new gaming consoles.
  • To Cliff & Jeannine: Your presents are currently being watched over by the U.S. Postal Service.  I hope to get my hands on them tomorrow.  Regardless, I am sure I will love what ever it is you got me.  Also, thanks for the Enola Gay model.  I can’t believe the base is made from the actual plane-signed by the pilot too boot.  Very cool!
  • To Mike and Lucy: Thanks for the Bodum Chambord Coffee Press and Milk Frother
  • To Helen and Joe: Thanks for the Sterling Cab and the Candles
  • To Michael & Dan: Thanks for the Diana Krall Christmas Song CD
  • To Bill & Rebbecca: Thanks for the WWII print. (note: I will update his section of the post when Bill gets back to me with the name of the artist.  I have it getting framed and the name is escaping me)
  • To the Rosenfields: Thanks for the $

I love all of you and hope that you have a very merry day!
