Spring Cleaning (Part 1)

The weather in Boston over the last couple of days has been beautiful.  No doubt spring fever is taking hold.  I have decided to take a personal day today for some "spring cleaning".  My first priority is to focus on mind and body.  Today’s itinerary includes:
