Ok…..not only is tonight’s episode of LOST a rerun, it is a Season 1 rerun. I really wonder if the producers of the show think that its fan base is going to remain in tact while they continue to pull this shit. Listen up guys…your Season 2 episodes are pretty lame, so making us wait longer for them only adds to the frustration and disappointment.
HEY…i have one question about this post, IF these season two episodes are so “lame” then how come your so devastated about the ONE week that they showed a rerun. I mean, if they are this awful and sooo disapointing then, how come you care so much? =)
Well “Kirby” I will grant you your point. All of Season 2 is not lame-just the past 4 or 5 episodes. My complaint was not prompted by just that one rerun. I was complaining about several weeks of reruns that have been broadcasted to date. That coupled with a plot that seems to be struggling is making me feel like dumping this show.
A note to the producers of Lost: Want to impress me? Then write an episode where Eko kicks the shit out of the WHOLE island. I mean everyone (those from the plane and the “others”). That would be soooo cool! 😉
WELL this week should make you happy, capturing an other, letting the timer go to zero, seems like it will be a big episode
There must be a problem for the 52nd state when you are already talking about how poor the 2nd series of Lost is. I have been ticking off the days until I find out what is down the pit.
Yahhhr! not really because it is cooler to deny that I like watching any sort of TV. How long will the networks be able to maintain the story for concepts that were only meant to run for a series?
There is no way on EARTH I can manage Invasion, Lost, Desperate Housewives & Breakout all at the same time, because:
1. I have a life
2. The 2nd series always suck because they can’t develop the characters in a sympathetic way
3. The suspense is killed because you can read what will happen on the Internet or if you want to dabble on the illicit side watch the early DVD version.
4. And most importantly there are better ways to consume media i.e. I want to see the whole show a la FILM. (Relevant S.Rogers blog about Video IPOD.)
TV shows are leading the way but media companies haven’t sorted out good global patterns of consumption.
PS The second series always tend to suck irrespective of what country you are in.
